Full course description

This seminar is organized around group discussions of student projects, including how best to complete those projects, along with guided planning on how best to present the works to their intended audiences. Certificate in Documentary Arts students who have met all other requirements and have done substantial work toward their intended final projects may request admission to the course. Participants who successfully complete their projects during this course will be awarded the Certificate in Documentary Arts.

Students must declare their intention to enroll at the beginning of the term. Before enrolling in this class, students must complete an Audio, Photography, or Video Projects course in the medium of their choice (an independent study will be arranged for students working in other media). On December 3rd, 2021, students will share their work with a public audience at the Full Frame Theater at the American Tobacco Campus in downtown Durham, North Carolina. (12 hours / Advanced) 

This class will meet on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 8:30pm ET.
